Symptoms
During installation some actions during installation is prohibited from
running.
Cause
During installation administrative tasks like starting and stopping the
Internet Information Services are performed by executing code in Visual
Basic Script (.VBS) files. Some anti-spyware applications such as Microsoft Anti
Spyware prevent these kind of scripts from running thus causing the
installation to fail.
Resolution
During installation you should disable all anti spyware scanners and
programs.
